Cure For The Run
SomaCow Media and Rock For Hunger teamed up to put on an amazing event. A 0.05k. 164 feet. No, I am not making this up. I honestly had to walk further to get to my car. Seriously!
Over $3,000 dollars was raised to help the homeless in Orlando, FL. Next year, let’s double it!
Here are some pictures from the glorious day. These are other pictures can be found on my flickr page.

<3 it
I know you spent a lot of time putting it together, it came out great
I am pretty sure all the video I took with Jen's videocamera was shaky and I was screaming in the background, so i'm glad you got some good vid
Wonderful video. Thank you so very much.
So touching, and fun, and what a great time! Thank you so much!
Terrific video. It was moving to see Jacob getting recognition for his endeavors. That kid truly is a hero.
Great job Kelly. I love the video. Great job with the pictures too.
Great music choice, great fun to watch, GREAT JOB!
Jacob did a GREAT job going around and collecting money! Worked harder than a lot of people that were there!
Thanks Rich (almost called you RSilva!). Glad you enjoyed the video. Let me know if you want any of the pictures. I’ll put them on a disk for you guys INCASE you happen to make it to the sweetup.
Thanks Felix! I have to give credit to Jeff for the music choice. I searched all day and couldn’t find anything I liked. But he…he found it!
I was out of town this week on business, so I saw the video earlier in the week. I just showed it to Jacob for the first time, and he broke into the same pride-full smile you saw at the end of the video. Thanks so much for everyone who helped put it on. It was a very special time for all involved, and something to remember – especially the folks from Rock for Hunger, and our friends who we help feed every Monday. I spent time talking to Geoff last Sunday, and can’t wait for next year. Now we all know what it takes, and how to make it even BETTER next year. I think Jacob has taken $3,000 as a PERSONAL bar to break for next year. Aim high, baybee!
Ok – who sings the song? LOVE the tune.
It’s one of the few songs for a video that I haven’t gotten sick of when editing. Such a great song.

I still really, really love this. Thank you, Kelly.
